WHAT ARE IHG ONE REWARDS?

IHG One Rewards is a loyalty programme by IHG. Staybridge Suites is part of the IHG group as extended-stay hotels offering fully serviced apartments to hotel guests. IHG One Rewards is free to join and enables you to earn rewards points which can then be redeemed for hotel reward nights, transferred to airlines and much more!

Members can earn their way towards IHG Elite member status and enjoy benefits such as room upgrades, late checkout, and other special perks to make your stay with us that much better.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS WITH IHG ONE REWARDS?

To begin earning IHG One Rewards points, you’ll first need to sign up for a free loyalty account on the IHG website here. Signing up is free and only takes a minute or two. Once you are enrolled, you can immediately begin earning IHG One Rewards points when booking your stay with us.

Earning Through Hotel Stays

When staying with us at Staybridge Suites, members will earn 5 IHG One Rewards points for every £1 spent. Elite status holders can earn even more IHG One Rewards points on each stay. Here is a list below of the status levels offered by IHG One Rewards and their respective bonus earning rates:

Redeeming IHG ONE REWARD POINTS

Select Reward Nights on your IHG One Rewards Members Account and a list of hotels will be displayed showcasing the number of points for each hotel. If you find yourself short on cash, you can always use IHG’s Points & Cash option. This allows you to use your IHG One Rewards points in 5,000-point increments to offset the cost of the room. IHG One Rewards Points may be redeemed for Reward Nights, and the number of Points required for a Reward Night may vary according to multiple factors, including but not limited to brand, hotel, and day of week. It is key to note that members may not be able to redeem Points for Reward Nights at InterContinental Residences, IHG Army Hotels, select Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas and select Mr & Mrs Smith hotels.
